Inflatable Information
Understanding how your inflatables are made will make it easy to identify certain parts and pieces if and when you need to communicate them to your team or to your Magic Jump sales associate. Below you will find a few examples of commercial inflatable designs manufactured by Magic Jump. Please pay close attention when referencing a side, left or right, as we identify the sides when you are inside the inflatable and looking to the front.

Art Guidelines
Magic Jump, Inc. products are Digital Printed. We make sure to provide you with the best quality print and it would not be possible without your compliance. To produce the highest quality print in a fast timeline, it is required for the customer to provide Art Files that comply with our Art Guidelines. Below are four easy steps to make sure that your Art File is ready to submit for printing.
4 Easy Steps for Art File Preparation
-
Resolution: at least 72dpi
Make sure that your Art File is at our recommended resolution of at least 72dpi (Dots per Inch) and that the artwork is in the correct size/dimension that's in your order.
-
Convert all fonts to outlines / paths
Make sure all fonts in the Art File are converted to outlines/paths or rasterized. By converting fonts to outlines you will avoid having to send the fonts with your file.
In Photoshop, text can be rasterized and therefore does not need the fonts. Keep in mind that after rasterizing or outlining text, no changes can be made to the text. If your fonts are not converted to outlines or rasterized, your design may not be printed/viewed the way it was meant to be.
-
Save your Art File in CMYK mode
Make sure to prepare or save your Art File in CMYK mode.
Art files should be saved in CMYK color mode. Colors may differ in RGB mode. Provide PMS color matching information if applicable. The Digital Print Process simulates PMS colors and are not guaranteed to match the Pantone color book precisely.
Artwork that needs extensive reworking will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour.
We will contact you prior to adding any artwork charges to your order.
-
Save your Art File into an accepted file format
Make sure to save or export your Art File into any of the accepted file formats that we have provide below.
Accepted File Formats
VECTOR
Adobe Illustrator CC or earlier versions: .AI, .EPS or print ready PDF files.
Includes designs made in Illustrator as well as some PDF documents, and it's made up of lines and shapes defined by equations. It's created mathematically, so it can be enlarged endlessly without and degradation.
RASTER
Adobe Photoshop CC or earlier versions: .PSD, .TIFF, High Res .JPG or print ready PDF files.
Includes digital photos as well as designs made in Photoshop, and it's made up of defined pixels (tiny dots of color). Because there's a fixed number of pixels in the artwork, it cannot be enlarged without becoming pixelated of blurry.
